My thrift find today is a wonderful wraparound skirt which looks a lot like Liberty of London Tana Lawn …if not that then a William Morris type design. As this is a wrap it is one size fits all…..lucky me!
Wouldn’t it look wonderful with the off white pure new wool below knitted into a little lacy cardi? Both of these thrift finds are as good as new and even though I am blowing my own trumpet I feel I have a good eye for these things so if there is anything that you are looking for or if you see anything here in my thrift finds that you would [almost!] kill for…..email me and I will see what I can do!!
Oh by the way the wool is in my etsy store now!

Judy the wool sold as soon as it went in the shop…I am off to the Post Office tomorrow and your parcel will be posted then…some wool to keep you toasty over winter as you crochet. Isn’t the skirt darling? It is really fine too.

That’s more Liberty than Willam Morris – but very nice either way! I used to work for a designer that designed for Liberty – and used nothing else.
